Rafael, James Wilson, Paddy McNair and Adnan Januzaj are featuring when Manchester United's Under-21s take on West Ham on Tuesday evening.
Januzaj starts after being named as a substitute for the senior squad's win over Aston Villa last weekend. Rafael was also on the bench and has featured on several occasions for the Under-21s this season.
Warren Joyce also calls upon Wilson and McNair, who were on the scoresheet in the youngsters' last outing against Everton last month, as the side continue to sustain a bid for the league title.
The experienced quartet will add extra glamour to the proceedings with free entry available to fans able for the 19:00 BST kick-off against the relegation-threatened Hammers, while those who are unable to attend can watch the game live on MUTV.
Timothy Fosu-Mensah is included with the Under-21s for the first time with another Academy colleague, Axel Tuanzebe, also on the bench.
